Re: Internet
10 GB is a lot. You probably won't even use 1 GB. Keep in mind that each page should only be 500 KB or less.

Re: PAGE UPDATES- Nothing updated since 9/29/14
The server script basically just makes /d/ files for you. Until the server issues are fixed, you can make your own /d/ files pretty easily by changing the image and navigation links.

MichaelYakutis might be the best person to ask about that. Aren't you doing that thing with the Demon Archives guy, though? I wonder what he has to say about it.JSConner800 wrote:Do you guys have any experience hiring artists or writers?

Re: Not Updating Pages correctly
You can always at least manually update the indextemplate.html file via FTP and change the URLs. One thing you could try would be to copy your entire FTP to your local hard drive as a backup, and then kind of "reset" your page by deleting your /comics/ and /d/ folders, and then reuploading all your ...

Re: I'll review your webcomic.
As far as the humor goes, the comic relies heavily on pop culture references , visual gags , and other non-jokes . Some of the references are particularly bad since they're based on when the war started, meaning that they're already dated by ten years . And while the comic's "family-friendly," I don...

Re: How are you doing, comic-wise?
I used JQuery and some CSS to trick out the archives page to kinda be like a filing cabinet. The site might take a little bit longer to load since it has to pull code from Google, but I'm hoping that the extra wait time isn't noticeable. Also, my copy of Derelict finally came in the mail, so I'll pr...

Re: Webcomic Above You 2014 Review and Discussion
I liked the integration of comic images into the video, I think it worked well and helped to illustrate the points you were making. I'm trying to make each video review better than the previous one. The next step is probably ditching Movie Maker. Honestly I'm surprised that the final score you gave...
