It's a lux capasitor! A giant one at that! I was wrong about him shorting all the tappers in his botched attempt to grab Wildcard, but now I think he'll have the firepower to do just that! And weapons....

The phrase "Boom, boom" comes to mind, and it brings many happy pictures with it. 8)

If they're taiking a couple hours to focus on Quentyn, and noone's paying attention to Wildcard... Think about it, the tappers burn out quick, Quentyn fried their fresh stash and any few that would've survived would've been spent draining the first few cronies that walked in, and the last time the t...

Rob Dougan, Prodogy, The Crystal Method, and Eisbrecher mostly, though the full list is much, much longer. Suffice it to say that there's no country on the list(everything else is fair game).

The rat king may've been released by accident, but it didn't appear out of thin air. Someone's responsable, and everyone's a suspect.

Hmmm, wonder what the state of forensic science is in the Seven Villages.

5. I used to be liberal. Now... I have no clue what the hell I am. I still vote liberal on the national level, but for personal reasons (I don't trust Bush. At all. Personal paranoia theory.) I vote Republican locally, but only out of desperation. I'd rather vote amoung a collection of indipendants...

It might just be streetlights, but given the grey half-light of the background, and the fact that we don't kow how long Quentyn was down there, it could very well be actual daylight(or at least what little is making it's way through the clouds). As for his eye, I agree it's just a scalp wound above ...

WikiPedia is your friend. Some info not covered there though, is that it's an uncensored dumping ground for anthropromorphic art. I say dumping ground because while there's some jaw-droping talent there, it's by and large a lotta scribbles by beginners who think every little doodle should be upload...

[wild assed theory] I'm betting that the nexus used to be a relativly normal lux-crafted, something. Thing is, most lux-crafted items are in effect programmed so that they constantly suck up any ambient lux and store the charge till needed. The nexus however, has had it's programming at least partia...

It is possible that the sodium exists as little more than a blasting cap to set off a more powerfull explosive, but that feels like needless complication of a perfectly effective(and simple) solution. Remember Occams Razor. Of course, sodium isn't the only highly reactive metal(Cesium is even more v...

The fish poppers are probably little more than a chunk of raw sodium covered in a thin permiable or water-soluble wrapping. The wrapping provides a small time delay and then, boom.
