Good start!
Hey, your comic seems to be off to a good start! If there's anything I've found with internet produced art it's that it gets rapidly better as it goes along... If you stick with this for a bit, I'm sure you'll find yourself amazed at how far you've come! Good luck to you!

Thanks for the kind words, BOMC... I like your webcomic as well, it's quite different from anything else I've seen and well-written to boot. I'm glad explaining the bee joke was of some help... I think the shape of the shadow makes it hard to figure out what's happening... it's a real shame because ...

bold bees...
Yeah that's a pretty common thing, people get confused with this one... the idea is that Marcus is leaping absurdly high over the bee and then slicing it in two. We only get to see his shadow as he jumps, however, and the aftermath of his slice as the bees two halves flutter to the ground. We're goi...

I'd be interested!
If this is still happening, I'd love to have my webcomic reviewed! There's a link included with my signature, let me know if there's anything else you need.

merci beaucoup
Thanks a lot for the kind words, guys! The picture of the white ninja video game capture is especially hilarious... who knew white coloured ninjas were so popular? :) I'll pass on what you've been saying about art, I actually only write the comic... if you want to see why all you've got to do is loo...

Drawing resources
Just to chime in, I don't have the addresses on me but I've come across in the past some really good resources for drawing specifically hands. I don't remember how I found them because I was looking for something else at the time, but I bet a google search on "drawing anatomy" or something similar w...

I'm not popping off on him because he doesn't like my stuff, but because he's abusing a forum where people try to help each other... that kind of talk is clearly designed to anger others... Just telling someone something sucks without really explaining why or what you think could be improved is not ...

Toastmaster takes aim...
Well, can't please 'em all... though from your other posts, I think I get your angle, toastmaster... you like to get a rise out of people by posting inflammatory attacks disguised as criticism. Well, I'm not going to bite, but I can't help a nibble: I find it baffling that a guy who rips off the "la...

The inevitable White Ninja comparison...
Thanks for the feedback, guys! I'm getting used to the White Ninja references, though believe it or not I conceived of this character and all of the storylines we've produced thus far without ever hearing of it, but them's the breaks. Any deeper criticisms, suggestions about art, website layout, voi...

Awesome Marcus Ninja Ready for Review!
<a href="http://marcusninja.keenspace.com">Awesome Marcus Ninja</a> Hey all, I've been working on a webcomic called Awesome Marcus Ninja. Here's the sort of standard synopsis: "World's Greatest Hero or deluded egomaniac? Join Marcus as he struggles to apply his rigid morals to a shades-of-grey world...

Problem solved I think...
So I think the problem is solved... I'll just mention what I did in case anyone thinks they can benefit... Turns out that my keenspace account had somehow generated the pages already for future dates of comics. So it wasn't the comic images in my public_html/comics folder, it was actually the html p...

Checked my comics directory...
Thanks for the info about banners, though I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong when it asks for the banner path. I have my banner in the images folder in public_html so I've written as the path public_html/images/banner01.jpg but it says it doesn't exist on the butch server... Also, Kisai, I checked my...

rss
Hey thanks for chiming in... still confused though... 1) so that anti-hotlinking thing... does that mean I can't link the banner to another site, say for example a web comic directory? In that case why even have banner support? 2) My comic has been updating every friday for the last two weeks on the...

Re rss stuff...
Thanks for the prompt reply, but I'm a little confused... what can I do to solve this problem? I've been putting my comics in the workspace/comics folder... I was under the impression that when the date came, the comic was embedded in indextemplate.html and moved over to public_html... Does this mea...

RSS problem: will not acknowledge update...
Hello, Sorry if this has been answered somewhere else... I am part of a comics web directory that uses the rss file for my keenspace comic http://marcusninja.keenspace.com to update their site as to whether I have put up new comics. The problem is that it worked for the first week and now it seems l...
