Challenging In Many Ways

What I'm trying to say is, CG needs to pull a "PR stunt" in the world of webcomics to prove it's alive and kicking. Which, frankly, it doesn't appear to be... rather seems to be crawling and twitching... This isn't a bad idea. There's only one caveat: who would be interested in such a thing these d...

Not Happy Per Se But Related To Everyone Talking About Snow

After a warm 70 degree day (20 C), the people of central Missouri were not expecting more snow the following week. What fools we were to think Spring might actually be on the way. Walking outside is like walking through a two inch (five cm) deep 7-Eleven slushie as nothing really solidified. Instead...

EDIT: Also, not that we'd trust any of those links enough to click on them, but is it just us, or is it trying to get people to buy Xanax at a NY pizzeria? It's probably for the employees. Working at a joint like that can be pretty damn depressing especially when one finds out that the three kinds ...

An Evening Well Spent

I spent the evening hanging out with a couple of friends at Steak 'n Shake. We returned home to watch Young Justice and play Capcom versus Marvel 3, but I fell asleep on the couch and missed the gaming bits. :P

St. Louis and Crime

Actually I'm surprised Saint Louis is even on there. Yeah it's got a lot of problems, but compared to Detroit? Keep in mind that the outlying suburbs and smaller towns around St. Louis (i.e. where the first few cookouts took place) aren't part of the city's statistical derivations. Long ago, the co...
