So do we send the strips to you or how else do you want this run? After all...it's all ending up on your account somewhere, isn't it, Xmung?

I think that's what I understood after sorting through the rest of this thread...some of it didn't quite smell right...

Yeah...I was sort of hoping that it could be done without having to draw the spirits as separate images and pasting them over the top...

Thanks anyway...even if you are a sand groper :)

Transparent cartoon characters? How the hell?

Okay, it's getting close to the time when some spirits are introduced into the canon of School Spirit...it's been in the plot since before the cartoon was even concieved, and we're just about ready to bring them in. Question is...I don't want the spirits to look like Casper with no legs, or like Mag...

I can't list our comic there anyway...it doesn't fit into any of their little colour-coded categories...what a bugger...guess I'll have to spend my $5 somewhere else...

...food would be best I think.

We've already done that. Go here (http://schoolspirit.keenspace.com) this week to see the School Spirit Olympic Special, or go here (http://schoolspirit.keenspace.com/d/20040815.html) after Wednesday when it leaves our main page. I don't know how to make them link through the forums, so if you don't...

"If you compare your webcomic stats with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser webcomics than your own." Desiderata... Okay...that's a lot of replies for what I thought was a little question...so...would 18 visits and 61 pages a day be half decent for a two month comic?

Something to aim for?

Just wondering what sort of level of pageviews/unique visits etc is a good target to aim at in regards to deciding whether a cartoon is growing in readership etc. I get all of the info in the Usage Statistics (pretty much, anyway) but as I have nothing else to compare them against, I don't know if i...

To be honest I like the simple backgrounds. Then again, I'm not writing it, so go for whatever you find suits what you want it to become.

To put it simply, I really like it. Yeah, the art is simple, but it's cute, clean, bright and happy. There is obviously a lot of enjoyment put into the artistic side of these pictures. The jokes are amusing, often clever and I would think only there to make the reader feel better than before they re...

No. Our characters are still in primary school. Why would they be looking at naked ladies sitting on Ferraris? :)

You're all wasting your time because my comic is the best in the world, because the most important people read it! At least, that's what my mum says.

To be honest, you had me with today's comic! (The Jar/Door gag). Yep, bookmarked it. I'll read April's ones next time and work my way through as I go. Not that the other kinds are any worse, but it's not always easy to find a good, clean, wholesome cartoon in here but this one I like. Oh, and you go...

You think you're in the 'right' hemisphere? I'll prove the southern hemisphere is more important...

Just think...if it wasn't for the southern hemisphere all of the water would fall off the edge of the world...
