Mad? Perhaps just a little warped...
I think I have a mad inner engineer. Working at the office supply store: "I think we can fit a few more printers up on that racking. If we stack 'em right, it'll be stable." *stack stack stack* *wobble lean* *WHAP* *WHAP WHAPITY CRASH* "Maybe not." Driving an extending-boom forklift: "No problem. I ...

What helps me learn even better is when you can actually get a rapore going with the class teacher. I hear that college helps make that easier as since you EARNED the right to be at that college and in their class they will respect you better and have more intresting lectures. In my experience, bot...

Nature vs. nurture?
Maybe they messed with the DNA in their interest, assigning special abilities for each purpose the clone was thought for. The security guard clones got the muscles, the techie clones the brain? And the glasses could be a result from too much computer useing. *coughs and rubs his contact-lensed eyes...

It looks like she's been (augh) into the mini-muffins again. Now that's (erk) not very (ouch) friendly, Niquee. (ungh) *dons fragmentation vest and Kev...

The guy's not a Twap clone. Otherwise it wouldn't need glasses. Those might be safety glasses. Or maybe it's just older than Twap and has grown farsighted. But for that to be true it can't possibly be a clone of Twap. Not necessarily true. Clones are usually genetically identical, but there can be ...

Following the tangent
Is there anyone else here who wonders why they make us have 12 years of schooling, then another 4 optionally to get a good job, and then if we want to have an EXCEPTIONALLY good job we normally need another 3 or 4 years? Thats about 20 years of school! My dad's a doctor and he spent 25 years in sch...

*gets out giant pot, big mixing spork, bags of sugar* What flavor of colloidal suspension confinement medium do you prefer? Not that I would vote for that option, nuh-uh. ;) Welcome, TT. I think you'll fit right in. Just watch out for the mini-muffins, the cheese, projectile spork weapons, and the r...

None of the Canadians I know say "aboot" either. Then again, I live on the Left Coast. The rest of Canada DOES look at us funny from time to time. So BC is the California of Canada? ;) There are a couple guys at my company who do say "out" in a funny way (and now I do, too), but they're from northe...

Re: a question
"Say 'Yah' to da U.P., eh?" is the phrase you're looking for. I lived in Marquette for six years.one beautiful loser wrote: say yah to da U.P. aye or something like that anyway
The accent isn't quite Canadian; we didn't say "aboot".
'Yah' indeed.

What application are you using to make the avatar? Does your application allow you to set the size at 100x100 pixels, or to resize the image? What file type are you saving it as?
I had to save my avatar as a JPEG at a low quality to get it under 8kb.

...and maybe some carrot cake?
Maybe if you gave him a spork and a salad-- he is a rabbit, after all.
Okay, perhaps a nice bleu cheese dressing on it would make him a little happier.

Re: Oh...My...Gawd...
And I lost my favorite grandpa and a best friend in a row. But that's okay because they were in a lot of pain and needed to go. Death is confusing because it happens so much but we're not sad all the time. Maybe its because Death is a good thing. Or maybe its just something that happens. I'm very s...
