Yeah, the first two books were each eight comics. Issue 21 and 22 just came out. The Source had 18, 19, and 20 in back issues, but no 17! Grrr...

Grrrrr... There have been two comic releases lately. But there are four others that came after the last TPB and that are close to a year old. So, if I can manage to find them, they'll cost a decent sum of money.

Again, grrrr.

Yeah, I saw that you switched to inanimate, but I didn't actually see that it was a quote from me until this morning.

I'd prefer to keep my torso off the table, though.

You know, this comic works on many levels. Is it Mark the artist doing research for his triceraprops monster in the comic, or is it Mark the character during a short break in game play hoping to learn a weakness to use in the upcoming battle? I found it interesting that whenever Mark and I were in r...

When did you change it? It hasn't been that long, has it?

Do um dee he de.

So there were costumes as well, or just a really ornate dress?

Wait, "foreign" objects? I don't remember the full context behind the quote, but I think I'd be more likely to use "inanimate" in my wording.

I'd wear a table on my torso.

I still think the lower left panel here needs to be on a tshirt.

Great spotted hunter.

Heh, I hadn't noticed the axe strap until you mentioned it.

And while the current comic doesn't have Pungent, that is an excellent Mark story. You never did anything fun like that when I was around the rental stores with you.

Dee Dum Do.

Well, here's some post fodder that's sort of on topic. How did the masquerade go? Did the porcelain mask work out okay?

I'm not funny.

Apparently easily misdirected rage is another side effect of misusing medicinal herbs.

So, the question of the moment is; is Shirk moving away from Artenir and his sideways glance, or farther from pzamdriel who might be willing to go to greater lengths than foot stomping to provoke him?

The axe strikes again.

Maybe one of the glitches is the dissappearing cursing axe in the final panel.

On day we will know the answer.

The great question now is will Mark simply post the comics in the order he numbered them, or go through the effort of changing the images to have their new numbers and reload them on the page?

What a nice little shrine.

The original Muffin King picture was linked to in the rant for November 10, 2003.

Heh, I believe Mark was talking to me about that particular comic last night...

[Edit] I guess I could have just directly linked to the image.[/Edit]

What about the Hell of Being Cut to One Thousand Pieces?

I typically use weather.gov for my temperature information. I'm guessing that the "feels like" is the wind chill.

It looks like the legs and feet didn't survive, though. I'm guessing they would have gotten disgustingly sticky before a year was up.

Re: Superheroes are fun.

A Rising Stars Movie would be interesting. I wonder who they would get to play Elizabeth Chandra? I don't know, but I can guarantee you that at least 1/3 of the fans will hate her... I'm trying to decide if it'd be cool or really stupid if they got multiple women to play her. I'm leaning towards st...

Superheroes are fun.

They weren't in TPB yet, these were new comics. The TPB didn't keep the numbering from the comics, so I'm not sure what the last book released in TPB is, which was why I didn't just start buying up the books I'd found. I wonder if this means Straczynski has worked out he Rising Stars movie issues he...

I'd barely call it chilly.

well... it is NORTHERN California. They have cows with holes in their stomaches and geeps (at least at UC Davis) and I hear rain and cold are regular occurences there. Rather uncivilized, don't you think? Heh, Davis was where I was hanging out, but I didn't witness many cows about. Neither did I en...
