Just because they're made of energy doesn't mean they automatically cauterize. The question is, how much of that energy leaks out as thermal through radiation or conduction? I don't think they can be too hot, myself, because when Quentyn first tested the elfshot pistol, it put a hundred or so darts...

I still think some people, possibly many of them, will die of infection. They don't have antibiotics or sterile bandages and probably, given the medieval culture, don't bathe frequently. You're just desperate to see someone die in this strip, aren't you?;) Sirius-ly, it's unlikely any of them will ...

True, but she's trying to start a fire. Perhaps that makes it a case of an "Elf, Elf on the range"?

Maybe they gave Ben helium instead of nitrous oxide and now he's lightheaded? Next thing you know he'll be seeing inflatable unicorns and pink balloon bunnies.

<headscratch> Why is it some sort of indictment against the man to have shooed an angry rabbit away with his canoe paddle? Because the only comparable rabbit attack in popular culture, excluding Bugs Bunny's continual defeating of Elmer Fudd, is the vorpal bunny from Monty Python and the Holy Grail...

They picked up the cattle in Shindig then dropped them off at the beginning of Safe. A little bit of trivia about that: In the "cargo hold come cattle barn" scenes, the cows were all CGI. The reason for this is because the crew couldn't swing the cleanup, and the cows wouldn't walk on the set's gra...

Miami... Is overrated. Miami Beach not as much, but certainly is overrated when you can get the same beaches fo much cheaper up the coast. The Keys or Cocoa, though, are decent enough. Oooo! OOO! Yes, I was once taught how to dance. Did okay at it, too. But I don't derive any pleasure from it aside from accompanying my dancing-loving girlfriend. This reminds me of a scene from one of the Stargates. An ominous scene. Because, like Star Trek, whenever Col.'s McNeil, Mitchell, or Shepard encounter an empty-looking village, it's very bad mojo. Yup, those pesky aliens are always infecting helpless villages with real nasty stuff. And who was it ...
