Fans! for FRED: Guth

See the previous Fans! for FRED: Alisin post for general notes. Again, number and rule hackery should go to my private email, while information on skills and abilities are apropos to the board. BTB, Mr. Campbell, will it be okay to post these to rec.games.frp.super-heroes once the writeups are polis...

Having picked up the "Hero Game System Fifth Edition" (aka Champions) rulebook, I thought I'd justify the expense somewhat by doing up game versions of the characters. Please send comments on numbers and rules hackery to my private address, skjam@yahoo.com but comments on what skills and abilities A...

It's possible, also that the reason Alisin's looking so stricken is because that should have been *her*. She came all the way over here specifically to defend Rikk against attacking nasties, and when the crisis comes, Alisin couldn't even lift a finger. Note: The sound effect of the Professor's time...

There's three syllables to the sound effect, so I suspect it was the General using her elite combat skills to hit Rumy with two kicks and a punch, without losing the grip on her gun (which isn't showing signs of being fired.) the General is, I think, a bit of a showoff. I believe Rumy isn't dead yet...

Now, what did Stu mean by "hypocrites?" Did he mean the Fans' tolerance of other viewpoints--as long as those viewpoints don't personally offend them? Or is Stu still thinking that secretly they agree with him and are just kicking him out because it's "politically incorrect" to say that sort of thin...

Well, it looks like Shanna's chances of dying have dropped considerably. After all, she can't write the book if she's dead. From what the General said, she's going to engage in some military-style utilitarianism. In other words, "some sacrifices must be made for the good of the greater number." And ...

I think we can upgrade Stu to "low cunning" in intelligence. It occurs to me that Stu acts/speaks less intelligently than he can in direct contrast to Guthrie. I w3ouldn't be surprised if his parents constantly ask "Why can't you be more like your cousin?" But never in front of Guth, of course. I've...

I like to be methodical, so let's look at the list of possible victims, and their probabilities of being killed off (as I see them.) ALISIN: Very high. She is, after all, terminally ill, and prone to self-destructive behavior. The only thing against it is that she's *too* obvious. GUTHRIE: Low. He's...

I note that Rikk *did* discuss his situation vis-a-vis Alisin with his pastor before he made his decision. So we may presume it's not entirely without church blessing. Also, since Alisin is described as Rikk's "common-law wife" in the official descriptions, we may presume that Billberg is in a state...
