Hear, hear. 'Sin and Rikk form a much more exciting dynamic than Rumy and Rikk ever would - they're too levelheaded, too calm (except concerning each other...). Funny thing is, I like Alisin, but as I looked back over the archives, it struck me - how different is she from Stu, really? I'm playing De...

This strip reinforces the idea that Kath is extremely important to the General... note how the soldiers are all drawn up around where Kath lay, facing outward? As if to protect her... probably an automatic defensive position taken up on Rumy's sudden attack. Which means they've all been trained to p...

I've always liked Jones, actually. We see glimpses that he wasn't always this cynical, that once he had cherished ideals. He still does, in his own way, and somewhere deep down he hates the necessities of his job. I don't see any of that three-dimensionality in the General, though. I still don't tru...

Looks like the General just roughed her up a little. Okay, maybe a lot. It was definitely not tactically sound, trying to take on six armed, force-shielded opponents... but then, Rumy's judgment always goes out the window when Rikk's involved. Note how far she's come since the beginning of the strip...

She's quoting Hamlet, Act 3, sc. iv, 162-163. The previous lines are extremely interesting as well: "And when you are desirous to be blest, I'll blessing beg of you. For this same lord, I do repent. But heaven hath pleased it so To punish me with this, and this with me, That I must be their scourge ...

Pure and simple: Stu is NOT a Fan. He has no place in the club. The rules were created to benefit people who are frankly, "freaks, geeks, and misfits". We know who we are. Stu is the kid who made fun of Fans in high school, who bullied them on the playground. And the club has full right to choose wh...

Well, guess I'm not as openminded as y'all. My dad's a bigoted, mysogynistic bastard, and he tried to instill his beliefs in me for nearly twenty years. I resisted it. It's too easy to condone damning attitudes because "people don't know any better." Sorry, don't buy it. I don't believe in anything ...

Just out of curiosity, has everyone seen the actual picture of T on the Skiffy webpage? He apparently goes disguised as a mere mortal! He could still be seven feet tall, though... the pic is just a head shot. Boy, I hope he doesn't kill me for posting this. Now if we see him crossing the street or b...

Wow, Maritza's getting into it! Somehow I find it immensely satisfying that the authors of my two favorite strips are fans of each other's work. Ah, simple pleasures. Now if only T would give us some more simple pleasure by having someone give Stu the BIG BEAT DOWN!!! Although a beating would be too...

Stu is beginning to irritate ME, and I'm pretty imperturbable. Having spent much of my formative years among football players, I'm used to crude sonsa bitches. Tim Mitts makes me fall out of my chair laughing every time he opens his mouth! Stu, on the other hand... Plenty of people stereotype footba...

I concur... that is a bit unnerving. Suddenly I'm glad I decided not to go to Key West for spring break... I think what bothers me the most is the fact that this thing was first spotted in December, and reached its peak in February.. and we're hearing about it NOW? In a skimpy little article that ba...

I've been curious about this for a long time... Anybody know what song Alisin is listening to here?

Also, what she starts saying when she flips out here always sounded like music lyrics... can anybody confirm/deny?
