End of the line [Oct 9]

The first thing that popped into my mind was, 'Why don't they both just fly off?" Then two things hit me: a) Sissy can't fly while inside the field, and Eliza probably couldn't carry her while flying (those being the reasons they were on foot in the first place), and b) there's a good chance that th...

Wow. I almost feel wimpy. I tend to swap between Bluefish, Scite, Gnu Emacs, XEmacs, Screem, and Amaya, depending on what I'm doing and on what system. Ironically, I mostly use Emacs on the Windows box, not the laptop. (Actually, I'm probably going to go back to using Gnumacs most of the time; I was...

I'm not sure she'd be interested in a guy carting her away, Alfador. Maybe - she did seem to at least entertain some interest in Pierce, though it may simply be that, like Tedd Verres , he's just that girly - but I don't think we know enough about Sissy to say what she thinks of the male of the, er,...

Schol-R: Saundra, given what you've already said about inter-dimensional travel, I was wondering if you've had any visitors coming in your direction. Clearly it's possible to transmit across the barriers (as we are doing now), but are there any possible issues that might be involved in transit? I h...

Fan fic: Freddy Bear's Picnic

Strip one: Chick Boy's apartment. Panel One: Chick Boy comes in to find the place filled with stuff out of an old horror movie scientist's lab: odd gadgetry, glass tubing going nowhere, a Jacob's Ladder. Chick Boy: What in God's name is going on in here? Panel two: Freddie holding up what appears to...

On the other side of the hardware/software fence (which, like usual, I am currently straddling - my Comp Arch professor keeps trying to drag me into his VLSI class, and the only reason I didn't was because I was overloaded already) is 'simulated annealing', a heuristic technique for eliminating part...

Since I got one as well (but only on one of the two accounts? I know that they are both active, I checked the one I'd set up after this one vanished for a few years and it's still around), it's safe to think it is probably a glitch on ComicGenesis. does some checking This thread on the CG General Di...

I figured a while back that people will have 'heads up' displays in a few years. Probably worn like a hat, so a hologram can be punched or spoken to. I'd like that a lot- better than this back up comp with a crt 14 inch screen- ouch! I have gone blind... Practical monocular head mounted displays (b...

Actually, for people these days, maturity before 30 isn't bad. Hell, I'm 37 and it's nowhere in sight for me, or nearly anyone else I know - including some who are in their sixties.

But then, I live in the Gay Area, which is a sort of Never-Never Land, anyway. People come here to avoid growing up.

I think I'd dig the picture more if the octopus were on their breasts or vaginas... It'd be much hotter than on their heads... Cuz honestly, if I had a choice of where to have an octpus, it'd be either my nipples or clit. Mmm... suction cups... *giggle* OK, well the, just remember, you asked for it...

Been quite some time since I've had calamari; it has to be cooked just right, or it comes out with the consistency of a rubber tire. Even well prepared calamari is going to give your jaws a workout. On the other hand, no, it isn't slimy, or at least it shouldn't be.

Oh, that's doubly rich given his name. I predict that his opponents will be making jokes about 'getting fristed' for the rest of his career (hell, they probably were already, but this just adds to it).

I don't suppose anyone will be surprised that I've been following Abstract Gender since the series began...
