Way too many people burn out or lose interest in their web comics after 6 months or so. It's great to see you chugging along.

I'd say that Quality can grab people the fastest but Reliability makes sure that your audience sticks around and grows more quickly.

Just like any creative endeauver, it's not one-sided. A combination of all of the above works best.
