Re: A question in web design . . .

Right, I'll try slicing it first, and see if I have any problems after wards.

A question in web design . . .

So I made a kickin awesome looking web layout thingy on photoshop. But I don't know how I should go about trying to upload it in a way where it would look right. Should I try to just slice it up into pieces and hope it looks the same when it's in html? Also just to be completely certain, does comic ...

Re: Purely in the interest of causing bickering...

Well, if you want to start bickering, I'll gladly give my thoughts Gwydia's a vengeful hag who contemplated giving a blowjob to a stranger for a fake ID. She also hated a guy for more than half the comic simply because he accidentally bumped into and apologized to her immediately after.. She's prett...

Re: Problems deleting a comic page

I'm a new account, so I can't login to site admin. Which is a pain because I keep having to try to fix something, and wait a day to see if it worked.
But nothing anyone can do about that just yet.

Problems deleting a comic page

So I'm trying to remove a comic, and I followed all the steps on cgwiki for it. I made sure I removed in the public folder both the comic, and the html file under /d/. And yet the next button on the website still navigates to the now nonexistent page. The previous button works fine and links to the ...

Re: Index layout trouble

Right, so I fixed the missing page update and buttons by having to re-upload every comic and image in the workspace and waiting for midnight. But that doesn't seem to be working for the index's html. I'll upload these cheap filler things with old dates to see if it'll change anything. Edit- Well, th...

Re: messed. ..

They have a thread about this in the help center message board, around the top of the page. Long story short, this is happening to a lot of new accounts, (me included) and they are working on the problem, but there's not a specific date right now as to when it'll be fixed, but it will hopefully be v...

Re: Extra Comics Almost-Poll

I'd be willing to buy it if they were bonuses in the published thing,
but I don't think I'd be interested enough to spend money on the bonuses themselves.
That and I'd love to see the book. :3

Re: Index layout trouble

Well it was supposed to have the next page uploaded today, but clearly that didn't happen.
But my SmartFTP thing says that the comic labelled 20090717.PNG is in the comics section of the workspace folder.

Re: Index layout trouble

Right, I uploaded a few comics already so I guess that problem will solve itself.
And I'll be sure to change those mistakes immediately. Thanks for the help!

Index layout trouble

Right, so my comic's html stuff just got uploaded for the first time, and of course there's going to be a few things to fix up, but my index page seems to have a mind of its own. The background's still blank, and almost none of the things I uploaded besides a few menu buttons and half a link to a ca...

Re: Celebrities are dropping like flies!!!

My friend made a very depressing joke.

When Farrah Fawcett died she was at the pearly gates, and God said "what do you wish?" and she said "I want to save all the little boys in the world" and then Michael Jackson died.

It made me feel very sad... {:3
