The issue here is that there is nothing in the background that can bend or sway - it's all mountains/hills/desolation. I could kick up some dust, but I still need that indicator of why the dust is there. I think I will try doing some linework, and I think I will draw it in Flash and import into Phot...

Right - I will be using color, with the caveat that most of the story is told in a dystopian setting, so the colors are very muted - but still, color.
