Nevermind, I submitted a request for a full update and that seems to have fixed the issue. Problem solved.

You could just make a bunch of the short "improv comics" and see if anything comes out of them. Characters, plots, etc...if you decide that you like something in one of the improv comics, take it and run with it. It is surprisingly easy to turn a random idea into a longer story.
