Unless you kill the person who pissed you off, anything you do will make them an enemy for life. You'll always be looking over your shoulder. If you make them miserable, they will make everyone else around them miserable.

Unless you are sado-masochistic I would just let it drop and never talk to the person again. This can only end badly for you both. Inflicting pain, suffering, or sadness on others rarely results in good things for you.

There's a reason why people don't have much of a social life. The can't stand most normal people. Emphasis on "normal".
