I tried logging out but didnt log back in as Tandava until after I tried it. I logged back into the forums and then tried siteadmin and it worked just fine (yay!) Thx for the help.

I was using root as an abstract term, so yes, it's possible to put all those files in /workspace/comics/. Also, one possibility is to rename each ICviewer.swf to a date format before uploading it...either that or the flash checker file (m not sure which one to rename tho).
