Jack starts and looks around. "Hmm? Oh, sorry, I was off in my own little world for a moment. Anyway, you said a sleep spell? That's easy enough."

Jack starts chanting in a strange language.

Jack catches the beggar before he falls.
"Careful, there."

Jack stirs and starts talking in a sleepy voice.
"Nng...Mommy? I don't wanna go to school today..."
He opens his eyes all the way, and sees Trilgat grinning at him.
"Oh. It's you," says Jack, clearly embarassed. "Who're your friends?" He moves his finger back and forth to indicate the petals.

The flaming balls (Ha ha! Your attack is gay!) speed towards Eddie, and seem to hit him, but apparently have no effect. "Hey! You tried to hurt me!"

Eddie pulls a hammer seemingly from nowhere and yells "Hey, you meanie! Hand over the artifact!"

Motive: Thinks Granny Weatherwax has one of the 'Artifacts'. Discription: Eddie is a strange little man (okay, not so little) who gets excited over very small details.
