Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure

So, I'm plotting out a gigantic mural to put on the wall of my room, right?

I asked a special someone if she wanted something on it, and she said a dragon, gave me some specifics, and I drew this.

All in all, I'm pretty psyched about it.

You've got yourself a reader--I love the art style, and it's amusing. :3 The inking is also really great.

Re: Doodles 10 - Cutting a Double Figure

For some reason, my drawing skills are no longer stagnant and now I can actually draw faces and now I can do the concept art and actually work on my comic! :O

See, I knew Neko couldn't have killed himself... it's kinda hard to shoot ones self between the eyes. Oh wait CSI is on...
Neko does have those freakishly long arms, though, so maybe he could have done it...

Ah, okay, thanks a lot! I'm not going to be working print exclusively, but I figure if there ever is the time that I DO want to print the comics as a book, I won't be stuck in a rut.

Tablet Drawing and Image Sizes

Okay, so I just got a neato tablet and I want to use it for certain things in my comic (in fact, I'm about to wipe my comic and start new), and I'd probably want to do some completely ON the tablet. This means, I won't use paper and I won't scan it, automatically being in 300 DPI--which raises the q...

Whoa, my first doodles post. :D I have here, in the following order: Marilyn Monroe, drawn for a friend who's crazy about her for her birthday; hands for an art class application; hand for fun. Yeah, my arms are hairy. :( http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b8/Scyze/MarilynMonroe.jpg http://i16.photob...

I remember seeing your pitch for this a while back! I didn't favorite it, but I thought it was really cute. I should probably start reading...

Anyway, I'll catch up later--I've got some projects to do at the moment.

Regardless, happy 50th!

I still need to get to 10...

My villains WILL (will because they aren't in yet) have some archetypes: 1) Simple personal benefit, power, greed, etc. 2) Deep-seated belief to the point of fanaticism 3) Disturbed, deep mental problems (I'm going to have a character that believes he is Death himself) 4) Possibly other reasons that...
