It's all very simple. . I just want to know what web-based languages/scripts (cgi, perl, php, etc) I can use for my webpage.<P>I don't want people getting angry over it. It's just a simple question.

Yes, I could, but I'd rather not. I want to have complete monitering control and customization control of my forum. And while I can ask keenspace to change the colors, they ultimately make the decisions, and all.
