I don't think that Dwarfs would mind the trees so much as the kobolds... Kobolds, on the one hand, are theifs, murderers, cannibals, grave robbers, regular robbers, bandits, and just not very nice. This goes against just about everything that the Dwarves stand for. Trees, on the other hand, have roo...

LOL, Oh yeah, the elves would be ESTATIC to hear that shit. Draconic blood has been indicated in many books to give magical talent. This could go a long way towards explaining why Elves have a greater inclination towards magic than the other basic races. I like the idea of having humans being a comm...

If they do have different numbers of chromosomes, and are members of the same genus, that means it might be possible to create a sort of genetic evolutionary timeline for the races. Plotting the specific relation between the races might then have an impact on race relations. Maybe the elves aren’t ...

The joke was about the fact that jersey smells like poo in several places.

Yeah, most of them think that it's New York Cities fault, but the world may never know.

Lord of Arcana, just because the shittastic corporate monster that is AOL does not make it, does not mean that an alternative to AIM doesn't exist.

I pity the foo who doesn't google that shit!

No, seriously, google "AIM for MAC" and I'm sure you'll turn something up.

I always found it odd that they were called Canadian Geese when I could reliably look outside of my highschool in the U.S.A and find hordes of the damn things shitting all over our sports fields. They should really be called "North American Geese" or "Fucking Annoying Geese" It just makes more sense.

Well, you the boss, thanatos, being the DM and all that. Why don't you post a time here for our first session, give us a day or three notice, and just tell anyone who can't make it to PM you with that fact.

That, and I imagine it is much harder for people in boats to get transfered to the sandbox... I can't think of any more questions off the top of my head, so why don't we set up a time to all get a chatroom going on AIM or some other acceptable system? We can begin discussing our party composition, a...

I was also stating that I had a HORRIBLE time playing a Druid, an experience I am really not in a hurry to repeat. Yeah, you won't catch me dead playing a druid unless they revise the class in a major way.

I've heard the virgin islands one before, but it went as so: Chuck Norris visited the Virgin Islands. Now, they're just the Islands. One day, God decided to take the three biggest baddest assed action stars in all of time and space into heaven, so they might fight amongst themselves to see who would...

Previous topic: the terms Champion and Paladin are getting tossed around alot. There IS a difference. Any Rogue is a champion of chaos. They steal things and shiv people. Come on. Better example, a CN Fighter, a bandit or mercenary of some sort, can be a champion of chaos by raiding towns and carava...

That bit on Magic being outlawed goes for both Arcane and Divine? Is there any way of concealing yourself other than living in an anti-magic field? And, this is important, do they detect you through smell specifically? The reason I ask that last question is because the Ranger/Druid spell "Trackless ...

As for the LARPing, I actually exhagerated my distaste for the concept... I was telling the truth about my hesitation to try boffer, but ...

First off, if that is the way you will be running your campaign, awesome, I will play regardless. I do, however, have a few opinions (of course  ). I open the following topics for debate: Shouldn't character allignment be up to the player? Better yet, secret? If the players turn on each other i...

Have a party filled with Lawful Evil characters? Have a party full of Rogue multi-class characters? Start at level, what is it, six I think, so that I can play my pre-made Neutral Evil Minotaur Warrior? He breaks things real good. But yes, point me to the right thread and I'll totally join...
