Re: Webcomic Pet Peeves
I'd never use Comic Sans. Not that I have anything against it, but it seems to provoke such extreme reactions in other people that it's not worth the heat it would generate. I can, to some extent, understand the frustration that it's used in far too many places where it's not appropriate. But on the...

Amazoness!
Amazoness! is the story of Ess, the princess of the Amazons... who is cursed with unusually short stature and an aversion to conflict of any kind. It's also the story of her friends and comrades in the Amazon city of Themiskyra, as they live, love and stab in the Amazon tradition. http://amazoness....

Well, I decided to go for it and put up a tagboard. I'm still somewhat nervous of spam, since the sophistication and relentlessness of forum spammers really surprised me, and it took me over two months to find a way of stopping them. I've been considering putting up a tagboard almost since my comic began, but the spam problem has really put me off. There seem to be far fewer solutions for tagboard spam out there than there are for forum spam, and I've really only just got the problem of spammer signups on my forums under control...

The reasons for having a schedule are twofold... self-motivation, and keeping people coming back to the comic. Early on, I think the first reason is the most important. I can't speak for other readers, but I don't think I've ever bookmarked a comic on my first encounter with it... I have to see it a...

There's something about fractals that appeals to my inner nerd. As to whether or not they're art... well, it's the age-old question of what art really is. The initial pattern is generated by pure mathematics, but everything else you see there is arguably the product of artistic talent. I will conced...

The effect you're going for might be more easily achieved using tables (at least, that's how I'd do it, but I'm far from an expert). Without tables, you can still left-align your links like so: Within the document header, add: <style type="text/css"> .style1 { text-align: right; } </style> Then for ...
