So "Outstanding Use of the Medium category" would suggest use or abuse of a product to produce a webcomic. Like, a comic that changes everytime you read it would be a use the web(server) or html to give that effect. Damn. That's why I'm putting down Outstanding Flash Series for a catergory next year.

No more Flash Category? Man, I had my hopes up when I saw Homestar Runner win a couple years ago.

What exactly does this mean? Can it be a straight up Flash cartoon like mine (http://xnctoon.co.nr) and Homestar Runner, or something like VGCats where occasionally, some gifs are used (like the teabagging VGCats strip)
