Delsaber's right arm (per Official Guide) was for Dr. Montague (Doc's secret plan quest) to make weapon's for you out of the said parts. Beat all the quests, then tracked him down in one of the quests, again per Official Guide, in the Unsealed Doors quest.
I think I will try that around tomorrow..
