I'd like to see a tutorial on Inking in B&W comics. How to use variable line thicknesses to imply depth. What lines should be thick & what lines should be thin. If there is already one please point me to it.

I'm using a mac so I can't right click. Is there a way through the standard menus? I'm just learning to draw as I do the strip. I've been using a plain old gell pen to ink so far. What kinds of pens should I be using and where would I get them? Also, should I just give up on using the gimp text tool...
