They'll turn on him. As RH has said, "chase a character up a tree, and then throw rocks at him." Quentyn hasn't gotten the short end of a shorter stick yet in this story segment. Methinks now seems like a good time for him to get double-crossed so he can learn the less on that people can be scum-suc...

From what I hear, it's not the Amps or the Volts that get you, it's the Watts.

Yeah, but it's RH's stuff, so he can do what he likes.

Besides, it's nice to see a position expounded with clarity, as opposed to the mishmash of forum arguments.

Although I'd love more ToTQ, I'd say to RH that he should do what he darn well pleases and ask y'all to not jostle his elbow, consarnit.

Who the heck says "pecan" like "p'cahn"? That's crazy talk. I've heard it said that way, but dang, man, that's just plain dumb, 'cuz it ain't spelled that way. If it was said that way, it would've been spelled with an I instead of an E. I mean, heck, my father grew up in Ohio, and my mother grew up ...

Re: OT: Wal-mart's Politically Incorrect

The rest of the class made me look like a liberal. Most students said that it had no value whatsoever, that ethnic jokes are fine, the like. I sat there in wonder. I'm in college. In MASSACHUSETTS. Ever look at Affirmative Action? It's basically racism, saying that certain people of specific races ...

If you use OBT to get to work, no wonder you're always late! I said I'm late for work, not that it takes me three days to GET to work. :P Buddy, I avoid OBT and I-4 whenever I can. Man, I'll pay through the nose to take the Greenway 'fore I use those roads! Besides, I go down Tradeport near OIA, wh...

Son of a mother, you're in Central Florida? So THAT'S why the weather has crapped out lately. ;p Seems every time someone I know of visits the state they bring down cold/cool weather and clouds with them. I would recommend visiting Gatorland, but the fire there today... Kinda not a good idea, yanno?...

Socialism and Communism are the same in that they take power from individuals and give it to massed organizations in the name of 'the greater good.' The reasoning behind this is apparently that you cannot trust a single man with power, but you can trust a faceless bureaucracy comprised of thousands ...

The 'we secceeded so it isn't a real Civil War' arguement rests on the theory that the Constitution allows for legal Seccession at the unilateral decision of one of the member states, a position that Lincoln and the North did not accept, and really was the whole reason it came to blows. A Constitut...

Usually when I dream of copyrighted material, it's me in a game of Unreal Tournament 2004 winning a round of CTF. O_o

Interesting idea, though. We shall see what we shall see.

Okay, I agree that the damage to Dixieland was overkill, much as the bombs on Japan were overkill. I suppose that if you broke a guy's nose and then he broke both your legs, you could say that he was the more aggressive of the two. Overkill? OVERKILL? There is no such thing. There is only "Open Fir...

Yes, never mind the fact that most of the destruction, devastation, and death occured SOUTH of the Mason-Dixon Line. That even portions of the South's economy that didn't depend on agricuture were driven into a deep depression that didn't lift until the mid-Twentieth Century I ain't sayin' the Confe...

Rokas said better what I was trying to get at. And Rokas? My home-state's general kicked all of your generals' rears. :P (Okay, so Sherman was only a Kansan for a few years. Big whup. That's correct. I recall, however, that slavery up until the 1820s was not as widespread as it was prior to the War Between the States, though... ...Mind if I ask a question? If at all behind. I understand that more people have been killed by communist regimes than by Nazis. Socialism is another story, but from what I gather, it's still economically infeasible. A Socialist is a Communist who doesn't yet have all the guns. Socialism and Communism are the same thing, only...

Sick morons... There's a reason that Nazis are one of the few groups you can show dying en masse on Television or in Movies and still only get a mild PG-13 rating. (The others being Zombies/other Undead, Aliens, Robots, Ninjas, or the very very rare Alien Nazi Robot Zombie Ninjas.) It's because no o...

Anyone ever listen to any of the music from the Halo series of games? Martin O'Donnell & Michael Salvatori made this wonderful mix of orchestral, choir, rock&roll, tribal, and electronic/techno music that really feels unique to the franchise, as well as conveying that space opera feel... While at th...
