Pear-Pear is very new, but worth taking a look at (it's not mine). tangent pageant started up this year, it's a very experimental webcomic, so part of me doesn't think maybe it counts, but I'll throw it out there. I started the site with a friend, and have drawn four of the comics on it.

I was under the impression that it was anything started in the past year as of May 8th. Otherwise none of the comics I nominated count...then again, they'll all be eligable next year. With a catagory like this one that is so Time sensitive (Along with New Character design) they really should attach ...

I'm gonna have to go with William G. on this one, I was really surprised to see Homestar Runner win last year, let alone nominated. This year I didn't even nominate anyone in the flash catagory, because I don't really know any cartoons that use Flash. And it's kind of weird, there are a lot of carto...

Eligability

What comics are eligable for the WCCA?

Does it matter if the comic is on both the internet and in print papers?
Does the comic have to be a year old?
Does it currently have to be active? Can it be on Hiatus?

Gimme the scoop please.
