I would think the first two options would annoy readers more. Seeing a comic not updating on the expected date isn't as frustrating as seeing a 'no comic page' or a filler, because they're almost teasing - as in, there's something here, but it's not a comic. You might want to watch the perspective and the line of the eyes on your faces, because sometimes they're not quite even. Some poses look slightly stiff, too.
