ok, this is officially messed up

like I said before, I can log in to siteadmin just fine - and I know my password and username there

but when I try to use the same username, and give it a new password - via the link you gave me... then I am told that the username cannot be found.

it... didn't work

I find that really really weird

how do I reset my password?

Ok, I tried using SmartFTP instead

pretty much the same result

I got an error message here: Error=0x8004440 - it says that Login Authentication Failed

I'm not happy about this

is there something wrong with my account?

Heyo my webcomic's been on hiatus for over a year (thank you grad school) but I'm trying to get back on the pony horse... However, I now appear to be unable to log into my comicgen FTP for my webcomic - which makes updating things like the frontpage of my comic, and the other pages, quite impossible...

I'm having a similar issue the weird thing is: I can access the siteadmin.comicgen page just fine using my username and PW but when I try to use the same to access my FTP - I get a nope nope nope that shouldn't be happening - because last time I checked the username and PW for the siteadmin page and...

Nothing here but us ghosts....

forgive me for asking - as i suspect this may have been asked an answered quite a long time ago...

i can't seem to get new view stats on my comic siteadmin page. latest view stats i get are from feb. 2009


has this function been disabled?

how many of your lot have backups of your webcomics? and how? do you upload your comic to multiple hosts? (but CG and drunkduck for example) or do you have a 'spare' copy of all your webcomic pages and files on your computer (after a while thats gonna take up a lot of space) personally i have all th...
