take it the wrong way?

i've been banging my head against a wall, trying get syndicated for the past few years without any success.

my sole intention of doing these strips was syndication.

has anybody heard of pikerpress.com? my comic submission was recently accepted, and although they're a non-paying site ( pikerpress.com ), they want me to sign a lengthy hardcopy contract. with my limited understanding of legalese, everything seems to be in order, but since they are open to revision...
