Some of us over at Comic Dish attempted this today, a few of us chatting on Skype while we did it. I failed, miserably, as I predicted. A couple of others are just about to finish up.

In fact, I don't even like the idea of having domain names bought from the same provider as the one hosting the web pages, because if something happens and too much bandwidth is eaten, or your web space is cancelled for whatever reason, you can't even switch your domain na...

As a side note, and don't take this the wrong way anyone, while you are free to advertise whatever alternate hosting system you want, actually asking people to switch is spamming, and I won't tolerate it. Who asked anyone anything of the sort? I don't recall reading anyone specifically asking them ...

Ugh... I know the feeling about understanding the concepts too quickly. Peoplesoft training tends to have activities you do between lectures which, really, are little more than exercises in typing. One coworker and I would be done, literally, within minutes of starting because there was so little to...

Ugh... I've been training in Peoplesoft all week, and it's not been fun. I've been sleeping poorly, most of the training is a refresher for me, and there's LOTS of repetition. Staying awake was not fun. Worst of all, the guy sitting in front of me was farting up to 10 times a day. Yesterday I nearly...

I'm likely to be in friday night, and leave monday. I, too, shall have a friend of mine from toronto (at least one) with me at some point during the weekend.

I'll either be staying with a friend, or I might grab a hotel room, depending on circumstance.
