I also use misterart for my techpen(i swear by rotrings) and craft needs- they carry a applique film that i use to make my own comic tones. i'v...

well, here's an idea i have for a cover- the theme would be "running water" http://www.desolationangel.net/comicgencover.jpg it's probably too busy for a front cover-might work for a back. incidently, the retailers will be ordering the fcbd books in february- that's why diamond needs an image ...

use a glossy paper for the cover. it's generally a thicker stock than regular paper, so it'll give it a better feel as a cover. also, i think some of the pixma models can do to the edge printing for 8.5 by 11 paper.

i used to be a rapidograph person. i switched to rotring about 10 years ago. the nibs for the rotrings last longer(i'm a gouger) than the rapido's and clogged less. i also use the ultra fine sharpie you can get at the office supply places. i'm experimenting right now with the gel pens, but they dont...

sorry, no alcohol for me, if i want to keep breathing. however, i do like chamomile and lemon tea. it helps you relax and lets the thoughts flow. it's either that or little sleep to get the creative juices going
