We speak normal english here, if you haven't noticed. And I think I've been asking legitimate questions here. I've been planning on moving my comic to my own webspace anyway. They can go ahead and boot me. I've always been a zealous defender, supporter, and, uh, recommend-er of Keenspace. I think I'...

Great, Kelly, except one thing: He however had several items hotlinked that were not accessible through the front page. What did he have hotlinked? Linking to an HTML file isn't hotlinking, and it isn't bandwidth theft. (Sorry if this is nitpicking, but it still sounds like you're trying to make it ...

Everyone makes mistakes, but Kelly isn't taking ANY responsibility for his mistake and tried to defend his decision by bringing up unwritten, unspoken rules and accused Clay of trying to "hide" things (hide what? his comics? on a comic host?), which is what's annoying me the most right now.

It WAS a mistake, and a careless one. That's why attention was brought to it.

Maybe this thread should just be locked now.

If violations of the KEENSPACE Acceptable Use Policy occur, KEENSPACE reserves the right to terminate services with or take action to stop the offending customer from violating KEENSPACE's AUP as KEENSPACE deems appropriate, without notice. So basically, something like this can happen again, and be...

BUT if you didn't have them linked via the front page, then you were trying to hide something. Clarify this? They were linked on the SL site, which gets more visitors than the uwakimono front page. I don't see how that's hiding anything. Also, you can see in the archived site that they were all onc...

I'm still confused as to why they couldn't at least give a warning before deleting the site. Then this whole misunderstanding could've been easily prevented.

faub pointed out the art gallery and said, " it has a fairly large archive of artwork on it that you could find through the sexy losers main site. " This is where the link to that gallery is: http://sexylosers.com/links.html Why was there attention brought to the art gallery, which is the last thing...

However, EVERY SINGLE image on the site had an HTML that had the correct ***advertisement*** at the top. I did not use it as a dump... this was a popular comic. It just needed a title page. Clay once told me to give each picture in my comic gallery its own HTML page with a banner ad on top (which I...

It was nice of them to e-mail you to see what the deal was, or at least give you a warning before deleting the account.

Oh wait, they didn't.

The so-called "porn"

Full of vulgar sexual displays you would never see in your average popular manga series like "Tenjo Tenge" -- HEY WHAT IS MY CHARACTER DOING THERE??

I've still got it linked -- right on top of the list, baby. Proof that there WAS a comic there, at least.

Well, I guess this and this are proof enough.

Joel Fagin wrote:I haven't looked at the site but I got the impression there was no comic there, just fanart. That could be it.
Heh, more like the opposite. He had at least 5 different comics on there, and a gallery of about 25 pictures with maybe 2-3 of those being fanart, the rest being original stuff.

Considering many find her attractive and she has been drawn to look sexy and sultry before *coughGhastlycough*, it was hard to tell whether that was a joke or not.

That... might kinda send the wrong message. But hey, if we want to catch people's attention with sex appeal as so many comic covers do, it'd work. Then there's "cute appeal." I'm more into "cool appeal" myself.

I just can't help but picture Kisai on the cover, but that's because she's the closest thing Keenspace has to a mascot. Well, other than what's-her-name who was on the Free Comic Book Day thing... but Kisai seems to be more well-known, loved, and drawn. Not to mention she's on the homepage.

Space Coyote has effectively said "no." What what whaaaat? You make me sound so cold-hearted. I said I WANT to do the cover! Very much so. I just don't want to do one for a contest since that means there's a chance it won't be chosen, thus my time would be going to waste. I would love to do the cov...
