Re: Death Panels for All! The health care thread

The criteria for a referal in brief "•Two doctors must agree that an abortion would cause less damage to a woman's physical or mental health than continuing with the pregnancy" Theres a lot more detail than that to it, but yes...

I have long held the opinion that if your creative output is as god damn terrible as something like antibunny, then you probably shouldn't get involved in any kind of debate.

Re: An observation, and a question.
Look at me, coming back to make a mean post. This place is dead because your talent pool collapsed. You may not agree but talented people, in my opinion, are likely to be better posters. You used to have decent artists here. Decent writers. These people posted well and did interesting things, and in...

Re: Panels & pacing. Too much creativity or not enough?
regarding image size, I wish it wasnt the case but I think this it is important that people start to push page sizes as high as they possibly can. People are trading up and monitor sizes are increasing. thats good. Unfortunatley, even a really high res display is not at the DPI of print comics. Depe...

Re: The freakish size of Nancy Reagan's head.
It's kind of cool how he just deletes entirely valid sections of criticism and analogy and puts STRAWMAN in its place. Quite often getting it wrong. Just because you dont like it, doesnt mean its a strawman. It's particularly obnoxious when you then go and use the strawman argument yourself. You are...

Re: The freakish size of Nancy Reagan's head.
The Republicans seem to have some lingering red terror politics floating around, anything that might help the worst off and not benefit the ultra rich so much makes whoever proposed it a GOD DAMN COMMUNIST.

The tech behind the game is phenomenal. It's really great, creating your little race is amazing and you will fall in love with them... but... The game gives you lots of stuff to do, but its as shallow as a puddle. not one phase gives you any meaningful way to interact with the world, short of buffin...

Uhm
Dude. just because shitholes like CG and youtube are full of crap does not mean there arent places out there that showcase and discuss quality art. You are indeed browsing the wrong internet, or at least you don't know where to look.

You realise what it is instead, right? A ghost town? Yeah. I guess thats better. <Edit> ARGH. God damnit, I can take the crap, it's fine, it can be ignored. It's the fact that crap is celebrated. That crap gets shoved onto the frontpage. That people actively reject discussing anything other than the...

Re: Webcomic Hate
Go to a decent forum that discusses good webcomics (Not this one, everyone seems to conciously ignore the good stuff), and take some recommendations.
Go to a decent comic and you will generally find a list of decent comics linked!
You are now a quality webcomics winner.

Re: Webcomic Hate
What gets me is the acceptance of poor quality stuff as the status quo. It doesn't make me particularly angry that death by chibi or whatever exists. It's crap, whatever, I can ignore it. What makes me angry is stuff like Dominic Deegan or CAD or SP that are horrible, just horribly written and drawn...
