watching others draw. seeing ustream has been helpful. Seeing the steps people take, and how a sloppy pencil piece can turn into a solid comic has been enough to show me where I can be loose, and where I can tighten my art to make it look as good as possible.

I've suddenly become obsessed with this. Does anyone know if that's James Roday as one of the singing cowboys? It looks a lot like him, but I'm not certain and IMDB is kind of incomplete at the moment.

I did it on my own last november. It was quite the task, I feel half cheeting because I drew on half-sized pages, but I draw so small and they were funny anyways. It's the main reason I started hand-drawing SFF now. Great way to hurt your arm and make you overdose on caffeine.

I feel so slack, I wrote an outline, and thumbnailed 6 pages. I haven't done much since, but I'm hoping tomorrow or thursday I'll start drawing out everything. Does it matter what size everything is? I might post some sketches later this week.
