I try to do that with the Gear, but my only source of info is the Admin list.

Which server are you trying to access? Schlockadmin's all but dead at the moment, the member's page login there won't be opperational until they fix it.

Of the 7300 accounts on Keenspace, 6007 were successfully transferred. This leaves a bunch of accounts that were not transferred. Does your image fit within the size (x by y pixels) and weight (z KB) restrictions?

It could just be that it timed out while it copied it across - people have been getting errors trying to load stuff today.

Ten to one they're using some version of Netscape - it has (had?) a bug that causes the whole page to be a no-show when a js script on it is missing.

Namir Deiter has moved, so you'll have to contact her about where the script's moved to. In the meantime, comment out the script <!--like this-->.

The www.keenspace.com server seems to be intact (they've switched all the storyline dropdowns to it), so you could try the new password page there.

A feedback form would be even better (it can be made pretty much spam proof), but neither idea is likely to happen any time soon; they don't read the forums, and they're still tied up getting the servers sorted out.

It's working for me. What problem are you having with it? is it a no-show, or simply not working? If it's the former, try clearing your browser's cache (or just hit refresh/reload). What does Yukichigai mean when he says "the ftp [is] somehow missing a few folders"? Which folders are you missing? http://gear.keenspace.com/images/tree.gif The only 'folders' that you'd need the Admin to to replace are actually symlinks: /public_html/workspace /workspace/images /public_html/d/temp...

Where are you connecting to?
There's a sever move on, so your comic may just be in a different place.
Go here, click your comic's name under "Username Edit/View:", look at what server you're on, and then check out what the Gear says about updating/uploading for that server.

Have you checked the Gear front page? It has info on where to go for updating.
