Well, that's it.
I know I never posted here that much but I know some of you guys know who I am. So, hi. StickManStickMan is over. 1000 comics are over. I'm moving on to other things. Those of you who are wondering: no, I'm not going to do another webcomic. The Keenspace Epoch of my life has finished. It's been a gr...

Having read your comic I'm heartened. Your artist is clearly good enough to supplement long talky sections. However, it's imperative that your writing is high enough quality to cover the lack of action. Write well and you can keep the reader's attention hooked. I think that's the only issue really. ...

Traditionally I'm supposed to be a Scorpio but in actuality the Sun was in the constellation Libra when I was born, so there you go.

Ending your comic
Planning to? Planning not to? Do you expect it to go on forever? What are you long-term plans? This is something of a two-pronged post because, well, I AM ending my comic. I've made the decision that StickManStickMan will be coming to an end - dead on comic #1000 - on October 26th. We're already swi...

Rufus Comix - I loved the pixel art. And it made me chuckle.

That one was comedy. It put me in mind of Pokey the Penguin in terms of random humour style.
And there's nothing funnier than *monocle falls out*

Anyway, now I've read the thread: Speaking from my own comic's point of view, there is no sex (or, indeed, profanity or ultra-violence) in my comic for two reasons: 1) They are stickmen, it would be icky 2) My mum reads it. Aside from those, fan service - if drawn adequately - may be a very cheap wa...

33 the art is sketchy, but it looks promising. A month of work, and pirated copy of photoshop and it will be cute. *shudder* Now that is just plain criminal: taking the math.keenspace.com domain for a comic whose author can't spell the word "third" . There are two typos in the comic's NA...

Okay, I did most of this game myself but still had to read this topic very carefully for hints, and I had to resort to a walkthrough for the very last bit. While it's a clever puzzle, there are some major issues I have with it. Firstly, making you click on something multiple times to find something ...

My comics almost invariably consist of three 1.5"-square panels arranged horizontally. I can fit eight such comics on a given sheet of paper. When viewed onscreen they usually appear much larger than they are in reality. The reason I do this is because stickmen are such minimalist objects that there...

Clearly neither of you have ever played GoldenEye. I have. It would have been a pretty cool game, but I played it on a console and the controls were so bad they almost made me cry. This was back in the days when nobody had yet invented a control scheme that worked on consoles. But I never doubted B...

While we're on shameful movie adaptations, they're soon to release a Thunderbirds live-action movie. It looks like it's gonna be dire, which would be criminal. It's a concept with huge wow-big-machines possibilities. But they're turning it into a kids' movie. Listen to me: the people who liked Thund...
