Re: Anyone remember KeenLace?
"ComicGenesexay" would get around it sounding like a porn site, I think. But I prefer CGstrings, is cute

Re: Anyone remember KeenLace?
Well even you can't get the old Keenlace site, no one's stopping you from coming up with an updated version, like ComicGstring or CG Illustrated or Genesis' Secret or something.
Ok, I suck at making up racy names. Over to you guys.

Re: What's with the Vampire obsession nowadays?
Just my free opinion, of course. I'd like to learn more about freedom from an imperial British subject, that is if her majesty allows you to. Actually, the Brits are pretty free to do what they like. Just look at their what they allow their tabloids to report on the royalty, for example. edit: Crip...

Note to self: when creating comic about undead character, use a Pontianak, Tikabalang or a Penanggalan instead.

After quitting WOW for a year now, my instinct tells me this is a bad idea...
Although after looking over the wiki entry, it's not so bad actually.

Re: Need Critique and Opinions
I like it. It has a kind of "cursed child's" drawing quality to it. Would be great for a fantasy/horror genre, something like "Coraline" immediately comes to mind.

Re: Commission Fail
If I had a dollar for every time I had to fix someone's router/computer. I even have had a request to recover someone's crashed hard drive data. Which is kind of ludicrous when you think about it. Artwise most of my art pieces are for family and friends, and were gifts on my part. I never have had a...

Hey Ping, it's best to drop the subject. Not that I don't like a good flamewar, but the guy doesn't want his art criticized. It's his loss, but gotta respect that. Sorry, that was the methodical scientist part of me speaking. The whole actually presenting proof to support your hypothesis before ass...

Re: Doodles 11: Actual doodles also accepted.
"Style" is not a valid argument. Nor is it mine. My argument is "I'm right because I physically demonstrated the pose is possible" Anyone who had ANY schooling of any form for any art has had at least 15 minutes of life drawing. Like me and my girlfriend did when we were in art college (Okay, okay,...

I was just passing through while e-stalking RPin and oh my God when did he come back? Holy crap. I thought he died. Alex & Ilia hasn't updated in like, ever. It's almost bad as me. Also RPin - you are surprisingly difficult to e-stalk I give you that. Now I'll just be on my way out LOL nice take on...

Re: Doodles 11: Actual doodles also accepted.
I think the main flaw with the use of the equilibrium point in this case is that the 3D aspect was forgotten. If she's leaning back her leg should be slightly forward to compensate the balance. The photo is confusing you as to what I intended to draw I think. She's supposed to be tilted sideways wi...

Re: Doodles 11: Actual doodles also accepted.
It's a very very slight difference, but apparently it makes a lot of difference. If you put it slightly back, it looks as though one leg is longer than the other, which is probably what set off most people's "something is wrong" warning bells. In a loose sketchy kind of art style, most people proba...

Re: Doodles 11: Actual doodles also accepted.
Socks don't make a very good birthday present for a girlfriend. Girls want impractical romantic junk for bdays, like smell bath stuff or mushy cards. Unless they are romantic socks, like ones with some cute picture of the two of you on them or you tell her your grandma knit them. Oh socks are fine ...
