Never...NEVER...try to interprete a set of abused electronics and environmental terms at 2:30 in the morning when under the effects of sleep deprivation.

Or, 75 ohms on television? That's one long meditation program :P

Thanks, Andrick!

Ya know, it still amazes me to run into large groups of people online that have actually heard of things like Red Dwarf! People around here think BBC is just a high-falootin' way of saying "double shot Jack & Coke."

Ah, ok...so I'm not...that...bad. I got really confused when I went to register and found out my name was already taken.

So I guess the only thing left to say is "It's cold outside, there's no kind of atmosphere, I'm all alone, more or less..."

Hmm...I've apparently posted in your forum before, I was already registered. Probably just posted the cheezy "Just found your strip and love it" thing and disappeared again.

Anyway, do you post in the V&A forum under a different name? Or even the "Freefall" forum for that matter.

Wow! What were the odds of Mark Stanley posting something that deep as his 2nd post on this forum?  I would say slightly higher than the odds of him posting an inane or whimsical notion, but just below the posting of a divine revelation. As a believer in a higher, mystical power, I do ...

Cheap and easy! Due to system crashes and lost software(and the fact that I can't figure out how to install a COM port in Redhat 7.3) I'm using Windoze 95b with IE 3. Apparently the Java scripts on Keen are a slightly higher level than what the browser can interpret, so no banners!

It would be a real shame if it were over the voting. If I recall correctly, they had quit the list once before because of the unwanted competitivness of it. They do seem to be good people that just want to publish a good, clean strip

I'm afraid it's my opinion that there's more technology than is really necessary in cars already. A HUD disply would be cool, but it's also a $5000 (at least) repair job if it breaks. As for tire pressure sensors, I'd also want the tire inflation system the military started putting on their newer ve...

I remember being advised to stay away from Splitfire plugs. Any comments? :o They like to publish their performance data for the GM 305 which is a smaller bore V8. I tried them in my GM 152 (2.5L) which has a large bore for a 4 banger and they actually seemed to reduce power and fuel milage. Others...

I'll go ahead and put my $0.025 cents worth in; a: Accel is pretty much as cheap as it looks. b: The larger the engine, the less effective Accel street ignitions seem to be. They work great for Harley Davidson. c: If you want absolute maximum spark to the plugs, Splitfire wires are worth the money. ...

So, do you have a backup forum ready in case you ever do try to delete an entire thread?

I tried my hand at photo-manipulation a few times and developed a habit of clicking "Save" instead of "Save As" and losing my source files

Hi, Scott! Yes, I'm the same Ed Sanhusky that's been haunting the Freefall forum. I decided to give this thread the dubious honor (or forgettable occurance) of getting my first post to KeenSpace because I actually have something relevant (and, strangely enough, on topic) to contribute. The Relisys R...
