Er, question...

Is this vehicle used a lot? Seems it would be a big hassle to send someone out to retrieve the discarded 'chute each time. And what if it lands outside the airport?

After taking a second look, I'd say that Tiffany's outfit looks like Leetah's original in ElfQuest. But it's hard to be sure without seeing the bottom half.

No, baxtrr, you're not alone. I tried Jack once and it disturbed me so much that I quit it very quickly. I make no judgments as to its content or message (I didn't read enough of it anyway) but it gave me the utter creeps. Mind you, I liked Jack's appearances in Gene Catlow, but not enough to go back.
